The general planning for the project was conducted around the interaction, as well as separation between several specialist company divisions.

Security was a prime consideration due to the nature of the business.

Some of the other areas created were laboratory testing facilities, flexible work areas, quiet rooms, a small library facility, storage area, black screen projection systems, outdoor relaxation areas and specialist acoustic treatment.
