Invensys Rail (Siemens) is a multinational leader in state-of-the-art railway control and communication solutions.  They design, manufacture, supply, install, commission and maintain a range of safety related rail automation and control systems and equipment for railway operators around the globe.

Invensys Rail experienced an enormous amount of growth, placing immense demands on their existing office facilities and infrastructure.  They needed to relocate to an office that not only reflected their reputation as a high-performing, professional engineering company, but to also inspire all of their highly talented staff by providing them with a world class, sustainable premises to enjoy.

The solution

SolutionsWon Group was chosen to design, construct and relocate Invensys Rail’s Australian Headquarters.

A comprehensive market analysis and energy audit was carried out by SolutionsWon Group.

Numerous options were reviewed as part of the process to find a new Australian headquarters for Invensys Rail.

The final evaluation matrix defined 380 Docklands Drive as the ideal location for the new Invensys Rail offices.
