The solution

Major internal refurbishment to a building that had numerous internal changes since 1989, including:

  • Nearly 1,000m2 of new carpet tiles and vinyl flooring 
  • Conversion of ground floor from office area to reception meetings rooms and client café area
  • A complete strip out of offices, and construction of staff breakout room on level 1, complete with 900mm freestanding oven and custom graphics to the glass splash backs, a three shower, unisex locker room and new workstations and joinery
  • The executive floor, Level 2, received a freshen up complete repaint, partial recarpet and existing workstations panels reupholstered while most furniture and workstations were left in place
