GE Oil & Gas – GSS

The GE Oil & Gas – Global Services/Turbo Machinery repair shop is the first in Australia, and forms part of a multi-purpose services and maintenance facility being the GE Oil & Gas Regional Service Hub in Jandakot, WA.

The purpose built 4600m2 advanced workshop, is designed to deliver an extensive range of equipment and tooling services, to GE Oil & Gas customers in the region with construction of the main building completed in late 2012.

The solution

Solutionswon Group were selected to design and construct the main office fit-out (completed January 2013), with a more specific role as ‘Equipment Construction Manager’, secured in February 2013.

The Turbo Machinery repair shop was launched to GE Oil & Gas customers in April 2014.

The project involved the construction/commissioning of the following specialist equipment and tooling, which was designed and manufactured in Florence, Italy:
